  • Personal Information Provided by You: We collect names; email addresses; passwords; and other similar information.
  • Google Sign-In: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a Google account, we may receive certain profile information about you from Google. This information may include your name, email address, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on your Google account. We use this information in the same way as if you had registered directly.
  • App Information (for Developers): If you are a developer, we collect information about the app(s) you submit for testing, such as app name, description, platform, and links to app builds.
  • Tester Activity (for Testers): If you are a tester, we may collect information related to your testing activities, such as apps tested, duration of testing, and feedback provided.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our platform for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To manage user accounts.
  • To send administrative information to you.
  • To enable user-to-user communications (e.g., connecting developers with testers).
  • To request feedback and to contact you about your use of our platform.
  • To protect our Services (e.g., for fraud monitoring and prevention).
  • To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for business purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or in connection with our contract.
  • For other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our platform, products, marketing and your experience.

  • Developers and Testers: To facilitate the core service of connecting developers with testers, we will share necessary information between these parties. For example, developers will see tester profiles (which may include name or username) who opt-in to test their app, and testers will receive information about the apps they are testing.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the platform, which will enable them to collect data on our behalf about how you interact with our platform over time.

4. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
